Acclaimed New York filmmaker Noah Baumbach (The Squid and the Whale, Greenberg, While We're Young) is back with another dysfunctional family comedy with "The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected)," which features Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller as estranged half-brothers and Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson as their eccentric bohemian parents.

The film was one of the breakout hits at this year's Cannes Film Festival, where it scored an enthusiastic four-minute standing ovation. Sandler's performance has also earned the praise of critics with some calling it his best role since "Punch-Drunk Love" -- some are even predicting a possible Oscar nomination.

Made for Netflix, the movie will screen in September at the New York Film Festival. It will also be released in select theaters and stream on Netflix beginning October 13th. Watch the teaser trailer, above.
