Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for the forthcoming third season of the acclaimed crime series "Narcos," which continues the storyline of DEA agent Javier Pena (once again played by Pedro Pascal) as he's left in charge of investigating the dangerous and deadly Cali Cartel. But if you think the death of drug kingpin Pablo Escobar would quiet things down a bit -- well, you would be wrong ... dead wrong!
