When climate-controlling satellites unexpectedly malfunction, a meteorological engineer (Gerard Butler), his brother (Jim Sturgess), a Secret Service agent (Abbie Cornish) and a team of international NASA scientists (Daniel Wu, Alexandra Maria Lara, and Eugenio Derbez) set out to save the world from catastrophic weather storms. Naturally, their plan includes kidnapping the U.S. President (Andy Garcia) in a self-driving cab.

Check out the new full-length trailer for "Geostorm," a climate disaster/end-of-the-world/conspiracy thriller from Dean Devlin, the screenwriter-producer of "Independence Day" and "Stargate" and the executive producer of the television shows "Leverage" and "The Librarians."
