A new international teaser has been released for "Borg vs McEnroe," the forthcoming tennis docudrama chronicling the legendary 1980 Wimbledon match between the 24-year-old self-possessed Swedish champion Bjorn Borg and the 21-year-old loudmouthed New York phenom John McEnroe (portrayed here by Swedish actor Sverrir Gudnason and American actor Shia LaBeouf).

The match is often referred as one of the best, if not the best Wimbledon final ever. While Borg and McEnroe have been cited as having one of the greatest rivalries in sports history.

Danish filmmaker Janus Metz, whose credits include the 2010 war documentary "Armadillo" and directing an episode on Season 2 of HBO's "True Detective," helms "Borg vs McEnroe," which co-stars veteran Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgard (Good Will Hunting, Thor) as Borg's coach and former tennis star Lennart Bergelin.

The film will open internationally in September.
