Disney-Pixar has released the official theatrical trailer for "Coco," the second feature film of 2017 from the world-renowned animation studio.

Hailing from Oscar-winning animation filmmaker Lee Unkrich (Toy Story 3) and storyboard artist Adrian Molina, "Coco" is a Latin American-themed supernatural adventure tale about a 12-year-old aspiring guitarist named Miguel (voiced by newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) who, along with his hyperactive dog Dante, is magically transported to a colorful netherworld, known as the Land of the Dead.

Once there, Miguel reconnects with his deceased relatives. They try to come up with a way for Miguel to get back to the Land of the Living. But before he leaves for home, Miguel is determined to meet his musical idol, the legendary guitarist Ernesto de la Cruz (voiced by Benjamin Bratt).

In addition to Gonzalez and Bratt, the cast also includes the voices of Gael Garcia Bernal, Ana Ofelia Murguia, Alfonso Arau, Alanna Ubach, Renee Victor, Jaime Camil, and Selene Luna with voice appearances by Edward James Olmos, Cheech Marin, and Gabriel Iglesias.

"Coco" is due to hit theaters on November 22nd.

Despite his family's baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael GarcĂ­a Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel's family history.
