Bruce Willis and Hayden Christensen share the screen in the upcoming kidnapping action thriller "First Kill," for which a trailer has recently been released.

Christensen plays a father whose son is taken hostage by a dangerous fugitive killer. Willis is the local police chief investigating the case, who later finds out Christensen's character has been holding back some vital information in regards to an agreed-upon exchange between his son and the criminal's secret stash of stolen money. Despite some trepidation, Willis and Christensen end up agreeing to work together as they both try to save the kidnapped boy.

Co-starring Gethin Anthony, Megan Leonard, and Ty Shelton, "First Kill" is directed by prolific B-movie filmmaker Steven C. Miller, whose directing credits include the low-budget thrillers "The Aggression Scale" and "Silent Night," as well as the Bruce Willis-starring crime thrillers "Marauders" and "Arsenal." (Miller is also currently helming Sylvester Stallone's upcoming sequel "Escape Plan 2: Hades.")

"First Kill" arrives in theaters and on VOD July 21st.
