An unknown force wants to destroy "Alpha," the peaceful and prosperous city of a thousand planets. And it seems Dane DeHaan (star of "A Cure for Wellness") and Cara Delevingne (from "Suicide Squad") has "less than ten hours to find the threat and eliminate it." And you thought the "Guardians of the Galaxy" had a tough job.

Check out the final trailer for "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets," the visually stunning space saga from Luc Besson, the visionary French action filmmaker of "Leon: The Professional," "Lucy," and "The Fifth Element."

Co-starring Rihanna, Ethan Hawke, and Clive Owen, "Valerian" is a 3D extravaganza that has been adapted from a highly influential 1970s French comic book series by famed French comic book artists Pierre Christin and Jean-Claude Mezieres.

Here, DeHaan and Delevingne play Valerian and Laureline, two intergalactic space agents on a life-or-death mission to stop an unnamed menace from destroying the largest metropolis in the universe -- it's the home of a thousand alien species.

The film is hitting theaters July 21st.
