Netflix has released a new second trailer for Season 2 of the science-fiction-tinged action series "Sense8," in which the premise revolves around eight individuals from eight different parts of the world who are psychically connected, sharing their memories and abilities simultaneously, but find themselves being hunted down by a secret agency.

In the new preview, we see the group has come together as they're forced to come out of hiding. But they decide to bring the fight to their adversaries, which apparently now includes a similar group of psychically linked individuals. It's Sense8-on-Sense8 violence!

Created and executive produced by the Wachowskis (The Matrix) and comic book/science-fiction writer J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5), the Netflix series stars Brian J. Smith (SGU Stargate), Doona Bae (The Host), Naveen Andrews (TV's Lost), Tuppence Middleton (The Imitation Game), Jamie Clayton, Max Riemelt, Miguel Angel Silvestre, Toby Onwumere and Tina Desai.

"Sense8: Season 2" is due to premiere this Friday, May 5th, on Netflix.

synopsis:
From renowned creative geniuses Lana Wachowski, Grant Hill (The Matrix, Cloud Atlas) and J. Michael Straczynski (Clint Eastwood’s Changeling, World War Z), Sense8 is centered around eight characters, from different parts of the world, who experience a violent vision, and soon find themselves mentally connected by the experience. They become connected, able to see and talk to each other as though they were in the same place, with access to each other's deepest secrets. Not only must the eight adapt to this new ability and to each other, they must figure out why their lives are now in jeopardy. In Season 2, dark forces continue to track the cluster of eight connected characters. The sensates will learn more about BPO, the secret organization searching for their cluster and others like them, and will work to protect themselves from this organization that is out to hunt and kill them.
