Kingsman: The Golden Circle — Trailer

If the point of making a sequel is to continue the same story but to hopefully tell it in a more dynamic and exhilarating way. Well, then, filmmaker Matthew Vaughn and screenwriter Jane Goldman just may have outdone themselves this time around.

Feast your eyes on the very first official trailer for "Kingsman: The Golden Circle," the over-the-top follow-up to the 2015 hit action movie, in which British actor Taron Egerton (Eddie the Eagle, Sing) played a young street kid nicknamed Eggsy, who was recruited by Colin Firth's Harry Hart to join the training program of a top-secret spy organization.

In this new second chapter, Egerton's Eggsy is a full-fledged Kingsman super-spy, who is once again called into action when a new terrorist threat emerges and puts the entire world in danger. The new mission will see the Kingsman organization partnering up with its American counterpart, called the "Statesman." Both spy agencies will have to work together in order to present a united front against a common foe.

Boasting an all-star cast that includes Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, Julianne Moore, Jeff Bridges, Pedro Pascal, Sophie Cookson, and Mark Strong with Michael Gambon, Sir Elton John and Colin Firth (back from the dead), "Kingsman: The Secret Service," which is based on the comic book by Mark Millar & Dave Gibbons, will be hitting theaters on September 22nd.

"Kingsman: The Secret Service" introduced the world to Kingsman -- an independent, international intelligence agency operating at the highest level of discretion, whose ultimate goal is to keep the world safe.

In "Kingsman: The Golden Circle," our heroes face a new challenge. When their headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents' strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world, something that's becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy...
