Oooh, Miss Niecy! What have you gotten yourself into this time?

Two-time Emmy-nominated actress, "Reno 911" comedienne, and former "Clean House" host Niecy Nash taps into her inner nail-salon diva as she plays a money launderer-turned-manicurist in the upcoming TNT series "Claws," for which a trailer has been released.

Created by writer Eliot Laurence (Welcome to Me) and executive produced by actress Rashida Jones (Parks and Rec) and her producing and writing partner Will McCormack (Celeste & Jesse Forever), the South Florida-set comedy-drama series centers on five female employees from a neighborhood nail salon who find their lives thrown into turmoil when they decide to cut their business ties with a local gangster.

Nash leads the cast, which includes Carrie Preston (True Blood), Judy Reyes (Scrubs), Jenn Lyon (Justified) and Karrueche Tran (The Bay) with appearances by Dean Norris (Breaking Bad) and Harold Perrineau (Lost).

Director Nicole Kassell (The Woodsman, HBO's The Leftovers, and TV's The Killing) helms the hourlong pilot of "Claws," which is set to premiere Sunday, June 11th.

synopsis:
Claws is a midnight-dark, wickedly funny meditation on female badness set in a South Florida nail salon. It follows the rise of five diverse and treacherous manicurists working at the Nail Artisan of Manatee County salon, where there is a lot more going on than silk wraps and pedicures. Claws is about good women caught in bad places with worse men. It's the story of hardworking women trying to get by in this economy, set against the surreal, bright, gritty landscape of Florida and the luscious, absurd, extreme excesses of the crime world.
