Go behind the scenes of the latest installment in Disney's popular "Pirates of the Caribbean" film franchise.

In this new featurette for "POTC: Dead Men Tell No Tales," producer Jerry Bruckheimer and directors Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg (of the Oscar-nominated Norwegian film "Kon-Tiki") offer their insight as they give fans a quick peek at the making of the fifth "Pirates" film, which sees the return of Johnny Depp's iconic swashbuckling anti-hero Captain Jack Sparrow.

The clip also reveals, for the first time ever, the full name of Aussie actor Brenton Thwaites' young sailor character: "Henry Turner." Which seemingly confirms a fan theory that Thwaites is playing the son of Orlando Bloom's Will Turner and Keira Knightley's Elizabeth Swann. Certainly, the resemblance is there.

And though we have yet to see any real footage of him (other than a quick shot in the Superbowl trailer), Bloom is expected to appear in the upcoming sequel, in which Geoffrey Rush also returns as Pirate Captain Barbossa, but only to play second fiddle to the movie's main villain, Ghost Spanish Captain Salazar, played by Oscar-winner Javier Bardem.

Also starring "The Maze Runner" actress Kaya Scodelario as a scrappy astronomer named Carina Smyth, "POTC: Dead Men Tell No Tales" will open in theaters on May 26th.

synopsis:
Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales."

The rip-roaring adventure finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil's Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea -- notably Jack. Jack's only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and beautiful astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy.

At the helm of the Dying Gull, his pitifully small and shabby ship, Captain Jack seeks not only to reverse his recent spate of ill fortune, but to save his very life from the most formidable and malicious foe he has ever faced.
