Check out a faux commercial video that introduces a new revolutionary synthetic android named "Walter" (Michael Fassbender). And though they do look the same, Walter should never be confused with the older model, David. Because we all know older android models were always a "bit twitchy."
The Luke Scott-directed commercial, which was conceived by director Ridley Scott and the company 3AM (who also came up with the "Last Supper Prologue"), is, of course, promoting the upcoming release of "Alien: Covenant," the highly-anticipated follow-up to the Alien prequel "Prometheus."
The film, which sees Katherine Waterston, Danny McBride, Billy Crudup, and Michael Fassbender's Walter as crew members of a colony ship who have a very close encounter with deadly alien creatures on an uncharted planet, is currently slated for a May 19th theatrical release.
