You can't keep a good pirate down. Nor can you keep a good pirate from finding trouble.

Here's the new full-length trailer for "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales," which sees the return of Johnny Depp's iconic pirate anti-hero, Captain Jack Sparrow, who once again finds himself in grave danger. This time, he's being targeted by someone from his past, the mighty Spanish pirate-killer Captain Salazar (played by Javier Bardem), who's been dead for several decades, but remains filled with "rage."

Also starring Kaya Scodelario (from "The Maze Runner") and Brenton Thwaites (from "Gods of Egypt"), this fifth film in Disney's swashbuckling fantasy adventure franchise will have Sparrow looking for the Trident of Poseidon as he partners up with an amateur adventurer (Thwaites) and a spunky young astronomer (Scodelario).

Geoffrey Rush also returns as Captain Barbossa, while Orlando Bloom will also make an appearance, reprising his role as Will Turner.

"Dead Men Tell No Tales" is directed by acclaimed Norwegian directors Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg, who previously helmed the 2013 Oscar-nominated foreign film, the sea-adventure drama "Kon-Tiki."

Expect Jack Sparrow to wobble his way out of death again when the film arrives in theaters on Memorial Day weekend, on May 26th.

synopsis:
Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales."

The rip-roaring adventure finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil's Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea -- notably Jack. Jack's only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and beautiful astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy.

At the helm of the Dying Gull, his pitifully small and shabby ship, Captain Jack seeks not only to reverse his recent spate of ill fortune, but to save his very life from the most formidable and malicious foe he has ever faced.
