What's worse than being trapped inside a nuclear power plant? Being trapped inside a nuclear power plant with a really sketchy Dominic Monaghan and a memory challenged Tom Sizemore!

Check out the trailer for the Syfy original movie "Atomica," which is set in the future and follows a safety inspector who is sent to repair and reinstate a deserted nuclear waste facility, only to find herself caught in a dangerous game of who-should-I-trust: the creepy maintenance worker (played by Monaghan) who says he's uncovered a conspiracy or the mysterious stranger (Sizemore) who is suffering from memory loss, yet says he knows the truth?

Playing the unsuspecting repairwoman is actress Sarah Habel, who can currently be seen in CW's Archie Comics-based series "Riverdale" as Ms. Grundy, the teacher who had a secret summer fling with Archie.

"Atomica" is directed by indie filmmaker Dagen Merrill, whose directing credits include the 2009 Australian drama "Broken Hill" and the 2007 horror thriller "Beneath." The sci-fi film will be released in theaters on March 17th before arriving on VOD and Digital HD March 21st.

synopsis:
