Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler start an underground gambling ring in the first trailer for "The House," a new comedy from the screenwriters of "Neighbors" and "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising."

For the first time in their careers, the former SNL cast members are able to riff off each other and trade comedic jabs, playing a husband and wife who have decided to run an unlicensed casino in their basement after learning they can't afford their daughter's college tuition. The League's Jason Mantzoukas plays Will and Amy's next door neighbor who has agreed to help them out and come up with a few illegal, yet profitable activities.

Andrew Jay Cohen, who co-wrote the screenplay with his writing partner Brendan O'Brien, is making his directorial debut with "The House," which co-stars comedian Nick Kroll, Allison Tolman (FX's Fargo), Michaela Watkins (Hulu's Casual), Steve Zissis (HBO's Togetherness), and Lennon Parham (HBO's Veep) with a special appearance by Jeremy Renner.

"The House" will be arriving in theaters June 30th.
