Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith, Scary Movie's Regina Hall, and The Carmichael Show's Tiffany Haddish are four best friends who are letting their freak flags fly as they spend a week exploring the wildest and booziest parts of New Orleans in the first trailer for the forthcoming comedy "Girls Trip."
From Will Packer, the producer of the "Think Like a Man" and "Ride Along" films and directed by "The Best Man" and "The Best Man Holiday" helmer Malcolm D. Lee, the female-led comedy co-stars Larenz Tate, Mike Colter, Kofi Siriboe, and Kate Walsh.
"Girls Trip" will be arriving in theaters this summer, beginning July 21st.
synopsis:
When four lifelong friends -- Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith and Tiffany Haddish -- travel to New Orleans for the annual Essence Festival, sisterhoods are rekindled, wild sides are rediscovered, and there’s enough dancing, drinking, brawling and romancing to make the Big Easy blush.
