Dwayne Johnson flexes his comedic muscles -- as well as his actual muscles -- in a brand-new international trailer for the action comedy "Baywatch."

The upcoming film, which is based on the campy 90s television series, also stars Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, and swimsuit model Kelly Rohrbach. They play lifeguards who go beyond traditional methods or ethics to keep California's coastline free from any kind of threats or criminal acts, including drugs and murder. Johnson plays the buffed-up version of David Hasselhoff's character, Baywatch's resident leader Mitch Buchannon.

Helmed by "Horrible Bosses" director Seth Gordon, the movie also casts "Quantico" star Priyanka Chopra as the main villain, an international crime boss/club owner who squares off against Mitch and his team of brave, yet dim-witted lifeguards.

Co-starring Jon Bass, Ilfenesh Hadera, and Rob Huebel, "Baywatch" arrives in theaters May 26.
