Here's another look at the upcoming new chapter of the popular horror franchise based on the Japanese cult supernatural thriller.

"Rings" introduces the infamous demonic videotape to the internet age as a young woman (played here by Italian actress Matilda Lutz) finds herself in grave danger after opening a mysterious email attachment that reads, "Urgent! Watch me." Of course, it's a video clip that gives the watcher only seven days to live. Guess, someone should've updated their spam folder.

Helmed by Spanish horror director F. Javier Gutierrez (Before the Fall), "Rings" also stars Vincent D'Onofrio, Big Bang Theory's Johnny Galecki, Aimee Teegarden, and contortionist stunt actress Bonnie Morgan as the pale-skinned ghost demon named, "Samara."

The film arrives in theaters February 3rd.

synopsis:
A young woman becomes worried about her boyfriend when he explores a dark subculture surrounding a mysterious videotape said to kill the watcher seven days after he has viewed it. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so makes a horrifying discovery: there is a "movie within the movie" that no one has ever seen before...
