Riley Keough and Jena Malone develop a strong connection in the trailer for the upcoming indie drama "Lovesong."

Keough, who was last seen in the acclaimed film "American Honey" and who currently stars in the acclaimed cable series "The Girlfriend Experience," plays a young mother named Sarah, who discovers her old college friend, Mindy (played by Malone), is getting married. Reunited after years apart, Sarah and Mindy decide to spend a couple of days together before Mindy's big wedding day. The ladies soon find their already-tight friendship shifting into something more romantically intimate.

"Lovesong" is another heartfelt, naturalistic drama from acclaimed indie filmmaker So Yong Kim, whose credits include the Paul Dano-starrer "For Ellen" and the Korean-set drama "Treeless Mountain."

The film co-stars The Blacklist's Ryan Eggold, Amy Seimetz, Brooklyn Decker, and Rosanna Arquette. It's slated for a February 17 release.

synopsis:
Neglected by her husband, Sarah embarks on an impromptu road trip with her young daughter and her best friend, Mindy. Along the way, the dynamic between the two friends intensifies before circumstances force them apart.
