Okay, you got a taste of him gliding through the air wearing his new "upgraded" superhero suit in Wednesday's sneak peek clip. But you can now watch him in all his web-slinging glory!

Feast your eyes on the first official trailer for next summer's highly anticipated superhero movie "Spider-Man: Homecoming," which is the first Spidey movie set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In addition to Tom Holland who plays a high-school-age Peter Parker in a story that goes back to his roots, the film features a top-notch cast that includes Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark (aka Iron Man), Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, and former "Batman" (and "Birdman") star Michael Keaton as Spidey's arch-nemesis, The Vulture.

Among the supporting actors playing Parker's fellow classmates are Disney star Zendaya, model-actress Laura Harrier, "Grand Budapest Hotel" and "Dope" star Tony Revolori, and newcomer Jacob Batalon, while Donald Glover, Logan Marshall-Green, and Bokeem Woodbine round out the group of baddies.

Helmed by horror director Jon Watts (Cop Car, Clown), "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is set to swing into theaters on July 7, 2017.

UPDATE: an alternative international trailer has also been released. It's been added to the video playlist above.

synopsis:
A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine -- distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man -- but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
