Check out a new pulse-pounding international trailer for the upcoming fact-based drama "Patriots Day," starring Mark Wahlberg as a Boston police officer working security near the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon.
Featuring new footage from the film, the latest preview focuses on the citywide manhunt that the Boston police and local civilians had to endure while investigators were actively hunting down the terrorists responsible for setting off two pressure cooker bombs that took the lives of three innocent bystanders and injured hundreds of marathon attendees.
Director Peter Berg (Lone Survivor, Deepwater Horizon) reunites with Wahlberg to star and produce the film, which co-stars Michelle Monaghan, Kevin Bacon, John Goodman, Michael Beach, J.K. Simmons, Rachel Brosnahan, Christopher O'Shea, Khandi Alexander, Alex Wolff, Jimmy O. Yang, and Melissa Benoist.
"Patriots Day" will open in select theaters on December 21st, before expanding everywhere on January 13th.
