So far, it's looking like "Star Wars" fans will be giving plenty of "Thanks" for the first ever spin-off movie "Rogue One," which seems to truly be a throwback to the original 1977 film that started it all. Check out a new batch of TV Spots that will begin airing this Holiday weekend to get fans excited for a "true" prequel to their beloved trilogy.

The latest batch of spots begins with an Extended Spot, (titled "Jyn & Cassian") focuses on Felicity Jones character "Jyn Erso," who is a reckless and undisciplined fighter with a secret past and Diego Luna's character as Cassian Andor, a Rebel Captain who volunteers for the mission that can bring hope back to the Alliance. The second spot titled "Dream," has some additional glimpses of action scenes that will have to whet your appetite until opening day arrives.

The film also stars Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Riz Ahmed, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen, and Ben Mendelsohn as Orson Krennic, the Imperial leader obsessed by completing the Empire's ultimate weapon, the Death Star, an armored space station with enough power to destroy an entire planet.

"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" is coming to your galaxy on December 16th.
