Zoey Deutch keeps repeating the last day of her life in the trailer for the Groundhog Day-like mystery thriller "Before I Fall."

Deutch, who was last seen in director Richard Linklater's 80s film "Everybody Wants Some" and will be seen next month in the Bryan Cranston-James Franco comedy "Why Him?," plays a high-school senior who suddenly realizes that she is, somehow, reliving the same day over and over again. And to make matters worse, it's the day she's died in a horrible car accident along with her intoxicated, mean-girl friends.

Based on the best-selling young adult book by author Lauren Oliver, "Before I Fall" also stars Halston Sage (Paper Towns), Logan Miller (Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse), Elena Kampouris (Men, Women & Children), Medalion Rahimi (XOXO), Diego Boneta (Scream Queens), and Jennifer Beals (Flashdance).

Directed by indie filmmaker Ry Russo-Young (Nobody Walks) from an adapted screenplay by TV writer Maria Maggenti (MTV's Finding Carter, CW's 90210), the film is slated for a March 3, 2017, release.

synopsis:
What if you had only one day to change absolutely everything? Samantha Kingston has everything: the perfect friends, the perfect guy, and a seemingly perfect future. Then, everything changes. After one fateful night, Sam wakes up with no future at all. Trapped reliving the same day over and over, she begins to question just how perfect her life really was. As she begins to untangle the mystery of a life suddenly derailed, she must also unwind the secrets of the people closest to her, and discover the power of a single day to make a difference, not just in her own life, but in the lives of those around her -- before she runs out of time for good.
